The success of our PTA relies heavily on our volunteers. Our time is our most precious commodity. Volunteer opportunities range from serving on the PTA Executive Board, participating in a committee or simply just volunteering on an as needed basis. We need volunteers who can help ad-hoc at PTA and school events, on a recurring basis on campus, or help from home. If you want to help in any capacity, we will find a way for you to help that best aligns to your schedule.

Important: To volunteer on campus, you must complete the following items prior to volunteering:

Complete a volunteer application and be approved for EVERY school year. The 24-25 application is available here.
Complete the volunteer interest form below.
Attend volunteer orientation. Orientation will be held at the school. If you are unable to attend one of these dates, please coordinate with RusticPTAVolunteers@gmail.com

Sign the Volunteer Policies and Procedures. Forms will be available for signing at volunteer orientation.

Participate in a Commitee

We are seeking members to join or help with the following committees. Each committee has a committee chair. Browse the available committees below. Check out our committee description sheet if you aren't sure what a particular committee is responsible for. If any peak your interest, click the link or scan the QR code with your phone. This will add you to the committee GroupMe and get you in on all the action.

Volunteering at an ad-hoc event

What are events? Book Fair, Red Ribbon Week, Field Day, Carnival, Family Movie Night, Breakfast with Santa... the list goes on! PTA will send out an email requesting for volunteers to sign up for a shift a few weeks before the event. Sign up for a shift that fits your schedule.

If you are a member of the PTA, then you will be on the email distribution list. If you are member but you aren't receiving the emails, contact RusticPTAVolunteers@gmail.com so we may verify your email address.
